- 4 small chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 200g green beans
- 200g bell peppers
- 200g mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos/soy sauce

Steps
- Cook brown rice.
- Season chicken with spices and coconut aminos; cook in a pan until browned and cooked through.
- In a separate pan, sauté onion, mushrooms, and peppers.
- Add green beans and cook until tender.
- Stir cooked rice and coconut aminos into the veggies.
- Serve with chicken.
