  • 4 small chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 200g green beans
  • 200g bell peppers
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos/soy sauce

Steps

  1. Cook brown rice.
  2. Season chicken with spices and coconut aminos; cook in a pan until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté onion, mushrooms, and peppers.
  4. Add green beans and cook until tender.
  5. Stir cooked rice and coconut aminos into the veggies.
