  • 2 cups frozen pineapple pieces
  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1.5 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • Water

Steps

  1. Divide fruit and protein powder into 2 ziplock bags for freezing.
  2. On the day, blend one bag with roughly 3/4 cup yogurt and water as needed.
