- 2 cups frozen pineapple pieces
- 4 cups frozen strawberries
- 1.5 cups plain yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- Water
Steps
- Divide fruit and protein powder into 2 ziplock bags for freezing.
- On the day, blend one bag with roughly 3/4 cup yogurt and water as needed.
