- 1.5 cups cooked pinto beans
- 390g potatoes
- 1.5 cups cooked brown rice
- 300g mushrooms
- 300g green beans
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cup coconut milk

- Water
Steps
- Cook brown rice.
- Sauté onion in a pot.
- Add cubed potatoes and water; boil until soft.
- Add mushrooms, green beans, pinto beans, coconut milk, and spices.
