Small, filling, roasted chickpeas seasoned to taste like cheese and onion.

Ingredients
- Serves 2
- 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking oil spray
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- Toss drained chickpeas on a baking tray with oil spray, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes until crispy.
Notes
Nutritional yeast gives the "cheesy" flavor.
