  • 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking oil spray

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Toss drained chickpeas on a baking tray with oil spray, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast for 30-40 minutes until crispy.

Notes

Nutritional yeast gives the "cheesy" flavor.
