A quick, healthy smoothie to kickstart your morning! Packed with nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, protein, healthy fats, and whole carbs.

Ingredients
- Serves 2
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 cups mixed frozen berries
- 1 small/medium avocado
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 4 tbsp dry rolled oats
- 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups water (or as needed)
Steps
- Peel and slice bananas and avocado.
- Divide fruit, berries, protein powder, oats, and spinach into 2 ziplock bags for freezer prep.
- On the day, blend the frozen mix with water until smooth.
Notes
Avocado can be substituted with plain yogurt.
