  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 1 small/medium avocado
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 4 tbsp dry rolled oats
  • 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups water (or as needed)

Steps

  1. Peel and slice bananas and avocado.
  2. Divide fruit, berries, protein powder, oats, and spinach into 2 ziplock bags for freezer prep.
  3. On the day, blend the frozen mix with water until smooth.

Notes

Avocado can be substituted with plain yogurt.
