  • 1/2 cup dry rolled oats
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (flat)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 8 raw walnut halves
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp xylitol (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring the oats and water to a boil on the stove.
  2. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon, coconut oil, and xylitol.
  4. Serve with banana and walnuts.
