- 1/2 cup dry rolled oats
- 1-2 cups water
- 1 tsp coconut oil (flat)
- 1 medium banana
- 8 raw walnut halves
- pinch cinnamon
- 1 tsp xylitol (optional)
Steps
- Bring the oats and water to a boil on the stove.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in the cinnamon, coconut oil, and xylitol.
- Serve with banana and walnuts.
