  • 1 cup dry rolled oats
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 40 raw almonds
  • Cinnamon, water

Steps

  1. Divide oats, chia seeds, almonds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon into 2 jars.
  2. Add about 1/2 cup water to each and mix.
  3. Add frozen blueberries and mix again.
  4. Soak in the fridge for at least 8 hours.

Notes

Can be eaten cold or heated briefly.
