Chocolate, Banana & Blueberry Toaster Muffins

Easy and healthy chocolate muffins that can be popped in the toaster for a fresh taste.

Ingredients
- Serves 3
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg (or chia egg)
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder

Steps
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- Blend oats into flour.
- Mash banana and mix with egg, milk, oil, and dry ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Bake in muffin tray for 20 minutes.
- Toast before serving and top with peanut butter and raspberries.
