  • Serves 3
  • 1.5 cups dry rolled oats
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 6 tsp chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

Steps

  1. Divide oats, smashed banana, chia seeds, and cinnamon into 3 jars.
  2. Add peanut butter (mixed in or on top).
  3. Add 1/2 cup water to each jar and mix.
  4. Soak overnight in the fridge.
